Shipping Time: The shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-7 business days. For international orders, shipping times may vary and can range from 7-21 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is finalized.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and location of your package.
International Shipping: For our international customers, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Items: We take great care in packaging your order. If product is marked as delivered by USPS please get in touch with us immediately. We will open a case with them to try to solve the issue. Once we hand our products to the mail carrier what happens afterwards is out of our control.
