Shipping destinations

We ship our Argentine products throughout the US.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Personalized mates follow their own process: within 1 to 2 days of purchase we send the design for approval, and 1 to 2 days after approval the mate ships. Those times run from each reply. During peak seasons or promotions, times may vary.

Shipping time

Standard shipping: within the US, 3 to 5 business days.

Express shipping: the order ships the next business day and takes 1 to 3 business days in transit. Personalized mates ship once the design is approved and engraved: Express shipping speeds up delivery, not design or engraving.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination, and is shown at checkout before payment. Orders of $75 or more ship free. Express shipping is a flat $20.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with the tracking number.

Lost or damaged packages

We pack every order with care. If your package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us right away so we can open a claim with the carrier. Once the package is in the carrier's hands, delivery is outside our control. If your order arrives damaged, our Refund Policy applies.
